Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You must be eligible for one.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it in, un-used, un-opened, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase directly from our website.
 
To start a return, you can contact us through our Contact Page. If your request is accepted, you will need to pay for the return shipping label. We will send you helpful instructions on how to and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return are denied.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate your issue and make things right for you. Tavmia is not liable for damage caused by use or wear and tear over a period of time.

INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS

Tavmia is not liable for incorrect information submitted to us. If we were given an incorrect or insufficient address and your package could not be delivered we will be unable to offer a refund. Please make sure the shipping address info provided to us is correct and accurate to avoid any issues.

DELIVERY COURIERS

Tavmia is not liable for a missing delivery due to a negligent delivery courier. If the tracking information is marked as delivered, we will stand by the fact that it was delivered.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item you wanted.

PURCHASE REFUNDS

We will notify you asap once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded onto your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS

All cancellation requests made before 24 hours has passed will be accepted and fully refunded. Your purchase is considered processed after 24 hours has passed and you will be subject to a $45.00 processing fee for canceling the order. If your item(s) have already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order and ask that you follow our normal return policy for your refund.
